I was transported by air from High Level to Grande Prairie on July 4th and from GP to Edmonton and back on July 5. I had many different paramedics in these journeys and they were all wonderful, caring, attentive and making sure I was as comfortable as possible and not in pain. I am so grateful for this during a scary painful time. Thank you!

Two days following prostate surgery, I ended up with 2 Pulmonary Embolisms and as a result I lost consciousness. My wife called 911 immediately and within 8 minutes, 2 ambulances arrived at our home. I was given quick treatment and transported to Grey Nuns. The EMTs performed CPR which ultimately saved my life! My family and I am deeply grateful.

Heartfelt thank you to the superheroes who came to help me solve a unique logistical issue for a resident who began to actively palliate quick and suddenly. Your creative and quick thinking and willingness to go above and beyond were the only reason this resident could pass comfortably surrounded by her loved ones and the impact cant be overstated!
