2023-11-11 10:37:55 AHS EMS, Okotoks, was dispatched to my apartment. I had a fall and hurt my hip and pelvis. The two EMS that arrived were so very professional and gentle with me. They made this experience so much easier as was my first ambulance ride. I cannot thank them enough
